Kimmeridge Summer Camp 2005
Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award
Unsupervised 26-mile overnight hike in the Purbeck Hills starting from Scout HQ on 27th July at 10am.
Our project was to find out about the local history of the area. We chose this because we thought the area was full of interesting history such as the deserted village of Tyneham and the local steam railway.

We next walked along the Lulworth range walks. We were told that things might explode and kill us! |

Tyneham was deserted during the war and left for 60 years. |
